Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please reschedule or cancel prior to 48 hours before your appointment.

No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee booked.

Please let us know if you are running late. You have a 15-minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled and considered a no-show.

Deposits

All appointments require a deposit to secure the appointment. The deposit will go towards the total cost of the services. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstance. Cancellation for any reason will result in forfeiting your deposit.

General Policies

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED due to safety precautions and unwanted distractions

All services that were provided are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. If there are any issues, we will try our best to correct them. Everyone’s skin takes in permanent makeup differently, therefore, we cannot guarantee a 100% successful result.

Results may vary due to the individual’s skin type, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, use of medications, and aftercare.

Photos and videos will be taken during and after the procedure for marketing and education purposes. Please let us know if you would like to opt-out.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.

Contraindications

Permanent cosmetic procedures are not recommended if any of the contraindications listed below apply to you please consult with your physician prior to booking:

• Under 18 years of age
• Pregnant and or breastfeeding
• History of allergy to makeup and pigmentation
• Skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, sunburn, rashes, etc in the area to be treated
• Had Botox injections in the past 2 months in the area to be treated
• Active skin cancer in the treated area
• History of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation keloid scarring
• Viral infections diseases: Hepatitis or HIV
• Diabetes
• Prescribed blood thinning medications
• Hemophiliac
• Healing disorders
• On accutane, antasure, or steroids
• Undergoing chemotherapy Must be no less than 7 months ago from the date of the procedure
• Epilepsy, seizures
• Surgeries including blepharoplasty and or brow lift in the last 6 months

Before Your Appointment, Avoid:

• Blood thinners (vitamin E. fish oil, blood thinning medications, etc) for 48 hours prior to your appointment. These substances cause excessive bleeding that will affect the outcome of the application
• Caffeine, coffee, tea, and alcohol for 72 hours prior. These substances cause excessive bleeding that will affect the outcome of the application
• Smoking any substances for 72 hours prior
• Exfoliating, chemical peels, and retinol for at least 2 weeks prior
• Waxing, threading, and plucking your brows for 2 weeks prior

Brow Cover-Up / Corrections

This below applies if you have any style brow tattoo that was done by another artist:

• Please email us 3-5 pictures of your bare brows in good lighting. Left brow 2-3. front facing. Right brow 2-3, side facing
• Your booking will not be confirmed until we have reviewed your pictures and confirmed with you. Unfortunately, not all brows can be corrected. We cannot work on compromised skin

Lip Blush & Neutralizations

If you are prone to cold sores (HSV-1) you will need to take an antiviral 3 days before & 3 days after the lip procedure.

To get a prescription, you can request one from your doctor, order from hellowisp.com without a doctor’s prescription, or take OTC L-Lysine vitamin to help prevent or alleviate cold sores from occurring (antivirals are more effective)
